GYMNASTS

Did you know that muscular imbalance leads to pain,
inefficiency, injury and compromised performance?
Perhaps the greatest risk to Gymnast is that inefficient coordination obstructs the flow of
the breath, preventing the cells of their bodies from obtaining enough oxygen. Directional Training provides a means for interrupting this cycle of deterioration and restoring muscular coordination, increase breathing efficiency, and health.
Directional Training will ENHANCE your performance by:
  • Improving balance, coordination, focus, strength and speed.
  • Reducing strain and stress.
  • Facilitating faster recovery.
  • Reducing the risk of injury.
  • Improved body use, means minimum effort for maximum efficiency.
Greater kinesthetic awareness will help improve your ability, monitor the effectiveness of your efforts beyond increased aerobic capacity and the amount of weight resistance you use. The pressure of performance and the repetitive nature of sports and exercise make it all the more important that you are thinking clearly and using yourself well, so that you perform at your optimal best and to avoid injury.
